Families can book FREE spaces at our Easter Holiday Camps
We are providing 1,300 free spaces for children in Kent and Medway on our upcoming Easter holiday camps.
All children attending sessions will be offered a free breakfast and cooked lunch, as well as opportunities to take part in a range of activities, including sports, crafts and cookery.
It is the first time Street Soccer Stars Activity Camps have been split into two different age groups, with some catering for five to 11-year olds and others 12 to 15-year olds – enabling the activities to be tailored to these specific audiences.
The camps are for children who receive benefits-related free school meals and will take place at venues in Chatham, Gillingham, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Strood and the Isle of Sheppey between 3rd and 14th of April.
The younger age group will be able to take part in activities including making wooden bird boxes and plant pots to take home, sports ranging from football and basketball to cricket and dodgeball and Easter egg hunts – as well as enjoying visits from the Easter Bunny and characters from Body Buddies, who promote healthy living.
Activities on the camps for 12 to 15-year olds will include boxing, cooking, percussion workshops and mentoring.
We know many families are struggling financially at the moment and we hope some of the strain can be taken off parents by providing somewhere free for their children to socialise, play and learn during the holidays. The whole family unit is invited to come in to enjoy breakfast together when they drop their children off and we encourage healthy eating through the hot meals we provide and having fruit bowls out, which children can help themselves to snacks from. Having dedicated camps for 12 to 15-year olds with activities tailored to their age group will hopefully make coming along to these camps more attractive for teenagers and give them something constructive to do during their Easter break.

Spaces are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and can be booked online using a HAF e-voucher HERE
