Our Coaches.
The secret to our success is our amazing coaching team. The Street Soccer Stars team are expert in engaging every child and teasing out even the shyest of children.
Training
Our Coaches undergo specific training to equip them with the skills needed to maximise every child’s experience, as well as provide them with the technical skills to progress.
We know that teaching a class of thirty 8-year-olds is a very different experience from teaching a room of twenty teenagers.
Our Street Soccer Stars Coaches are trained and developed across each activity in turn, following our in-house designed career pathways that qualify them through the levels through training and assessment.
Every coach is inducted into the Street Soccer Way through a combination of practical online workshops and on-the-job training.
It takes our Coaches two months of training to reach Qualified Lead Coach status and a further one month to secure a Team Leader / Management role.
What is absolutely the common thread with all our Coaches is their passion for child development and sport. They want to see your child have the best experience with Street Soccer Stars and want to help them to be the best that they can possibly be.
